Payment

Art to Basic accepts online payments with Visa and Mastercard.

Payment will be debited from the buyer's account as soon as the order is placed. All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.

The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Euro countries: Euro. Denmark - Kroner (DKK)

Art to Basic uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information using the SSL protocol. This means that your information is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.

Art to Basics website also uses encryption with the SSL protocol.

Processing and Delivery Time

Processing time for your order is 2-5 working days. We will ship as fast as we can, so that you get to enjoy your paint asap :-)

To selected countries in the EU, Art to Basic ships with GLS to Parcelshop.

To addresses in Denmark, Art to Basic delivers with GLS. The buyer can choose whether the package should be delivered to a parcel shop or to an address of his choice (HOME or Business).

The buyer will always receive a tracking number, so you can track your package from our warehouse to the chosen address or parcel store.

Right of withdrawal

Goods purchased on the website are subject to a 14-day right of return, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14-day period begins on the day the order is delivered.

For purchases made during the period ending December 24, any year, there is a full right of return until January 15, the next year.

You must notify us of your desire to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and we must receive the goods no later than 14 days after we learn of your exercise of the right of cancellation. Any desire to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated to us by an email with the order number and your return request to hello@arttobasic.com. Then send your delivery back in the original packaging to:

After shipment, please send us the receipt and your order number. We will then refund the purchase price.

Condition of the goods upon return: As the buyer, you are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods that is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This means that you must treat the item as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item is tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and diminished in value. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will receive a small portion of the purchase price back or nothing at all. It is up to Art to Basic to judge the condition of the goods.

Right to complain

There is a 2-year warranty. Our warranty applies to defects in materials and/or workmanship.

Customer and privacy policy

In order for you as a buyer to enter into a contract with Art to Basic, we need the following information: Name, address, phone number, email address.

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. The personal data will be registered with Art to Basic and stored for up to five years, after which the data will be deleted. If personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly what data is collected and why.

Art to Basic employees have access to the information we hold about you. The data controller of Art to Basic is: Wilco vd Werff. We do not store or transmit customer information in encrypted form. We do not resell personal information or share the buyer's personal information with third parties. The information is only stored in our customer database. The buyer can have his data deleted at any time.

As a registered user of Art to Basic, the buyer has the right to object to registration at any time. The buyer also has the right to check what information has been registered. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act, and inquiries in this regard should be directed to hello@arttobasic.com.
